General Instructions

Never use your browsers "Back" or "Forward" button when navigating through the online shopping. Always use the "<" button provided on the pages themselves. If you accidently hit the browsers "Back" button, you may be able to recover by using the "Forward" button or by pressing any submit button on the page you will be brought back to the correct page the program is running. The programes not recognize any browser buttons. In order to view any quoted or special prices for your company you have to enter your customer number and password first. A password will be E-mailed to you after you place an order for future use. If you are a current customer you can call the store (800-888-5072) with your E-mail address and we can give you a password then. Quantity breaks if any are shown on the detail pages. They are automatically applied if you order the required quantity. Navigating through the store is ne by clicking on the buttons provided on the page. To order a part put the quantity you desire in the Q-BUY box provided for each part. Then any button you press, even the "<" button will add it to the shopping cart. When you are through ordering parts go to the checkout. Pick the options as to how you want your order handled and shipped. You must go to the Customer entry page before going to the secured payment page.

Order by Part# Page instructions

This page is designed for those who have a printed catalog and or know the part numbers they want. It should be quicker than searching through pages of the catalogs to find the parts when you already know what they are. Enter the part number and the quantity desired in the text boxes provided. When you click "Submit Page" or any other button they are added to the cart. When you submit the page you will get the page back with the items added to the shopping cart and 5 blank spaces for more parts. Part numbers can be entered without the dashes "-" and "H" for hand (L=LH,R=RH). For example part number 50-73-40-LH can be entered as 507340L or K-4001-XX can be entered as K4001XX. The dashes and H's are printed on the invoice and catalog for clarity and to reduce mistakes. Most lamp companies have lights and lenses that come in red, amber or clear. Most vers except "Truck-Lite" end their part#'s with "R" for red and "A" for amber and "W" or "C" for white or clear. Truck-Lite part numbers end in "RD" for red "Y" for yellow and "C" for clear. These part numbers should be listed correctly in your catalog. Once you have entered part numbers they will be displayed below in the shopping cart contents area. You can change the quantities there without re-entering the part number above. To delete a part number from your order enter a zero "0" for BUY-Q or delete the quantity. To view details about a part click the appropriate detail button or thumnail picture. When you arene entering parts go to the "Checkout Page" or "Customer Entry" first if you have notne so yet. Customer Entry Instructions

Customers who have bought before and know there customer number and password use method one at the top portion of the page. Each one must enter a first and last name also. A PO number is not required unless you require it. As long as you get a "Confirm" message and not an "Error" message, you are set to go and all parts should reflect your prices and specials that apply to your account or customer type. Also if you have an OPEN or COD account you can use those features with your order instead of Credit Card.. If this is your first time whether you have bought from Mill Supply before or not you fill out the information below as complete as possible. Even if you know your customer number, if you not have a password we must verify the information with our database to ensure a trouble free order. Once you place an order you will recieve a password by E-mail. You can also get a password by calling the store during business hours and giving them you E-mail address. A valid E-mail address is nessesary to receive your password. Neither password or customer number are nessesary to place an order. Select a state or province and a country from the menu provided. If your country is not listed put it in the box provided. Some countries not use states or zip-codes in which case you can leave that blank but if your country uses then you must provide it. P.O. Boxes are not valid for shipping addresses for UPS, RPS or Federal Express. You enter those in the second address line. We need a physical street address on the first address line. We are now required by the parcel carriers to identify whether an adress is residential or comercial. Apartments, homes and farms are consided residential even if you run a business out of your home. To set up a new customer we need a type. Mill Supply sells to several different industries and our sales, specials, catalogs and fliers are sent to particuar customer types at different times. Therefore select a customer type that best matches your company or use "Miscellaneous" near the end of the list. Non companies "Individual" at the top of the list. Businesses are expected to provide a Tax exempt number or Federal ID number. Sole proprietors may use their SS number for a Federal ID. Ohio tax law requires that we have a signed tax exempt certificate on file before we sell tax free. Current laws not require us to collect tax for any other state. Online Catalog Instructions

You select a catalog on the first page of the Online catalog by clicking on the one that you believe has your parts. The Auto Restoration Catalog contains rust repair panels, trim fasteners, gas tanks, floor mats and more to fix your cars, pickups and vans. The Walk-in van catalog has all the parts for your stepvan(s). The Snow Plow catalog is for those who like snow. Once you select a catalog select a main topic from the list provided. The next page has sub-topics which are a further breakwn before you get to the parts pages. You can go back and forth between the pages, topics and catalogs by using the "<" button provided on the pages. You order a part by putting the quantity you desire in the box next to the part you want. Any button on the page even the "<" or "Detail: button will add it to the cart. View details and a picture if available by clicking the detail button or thumbnail picture. Quantity breaks are shown if any on that page. A summarized view of your order is on the bottom of the page. When you are through ordering go to the Checkout or Customer entry page if you have not completed that yet. On the checkout page your order will be checked for stock and you have options on how you want it shipped. Then go to the secured payment page to enter your credit card information. Customer name and address must be entered first before going to the secured payment page.
